I've always wanted the benefits of charcoal filters found in 9mm versions that I could use in my 6mm filtered pipes, and I've finally found it with these German made White Elephant filters! Now I can experience the best of both worlds: Savinelli 6mm filtered pipes with charcoal filters! I'm a happy man, and I hope you find the same level of enjoyment that I do. Not only to I personally feel that charcoal filters provide a cooler smoke with no tongue bite, but I also experience no alteration to the taste of my favorite blends, and I find that they tend to assist with keeping my pipes lit longer. While these filters will fit all 6mm pipes I've tried them with, they also will very snugly fit into many (though not all) Missouri Meerschaum 6mm filtered pipe bits. Not a guarantee, but most of the cob bits I've tried have worked. If one bit doesn't work, buy a couple of extras, and at least one of them most likely will. Not a guarantee. :)
